When you think of places that produce a lot of young chargers, what comes to mind? The Gold Coast, Maui, San Clemente...how about Ballyshannon, Ireland? Tucked into County Donegal this little place is packed full of cold water hellmen who love charging the biggest days on the west coast of Ireland. The Shams, as they are called locally, also love pseudo Japanese mysticism and the Wu Tang Clan. Based loosely on Akira Kurosawa's "Seven Samurai," and inspired by the Wu-Tang Clan's "7th Chamber" and the RZA's score in "Ghost Dog" this short film showcases some incredibly heavy waves at Ireland's best spots.
